Maybe this shop is good if you only want to buy spare parts for bikes and scooters, but I would not recommend it for servicing or repairs. I have had my Activa serviced there twice and paid around ₹1,500 each time. Unfortunately, the quality of service was very poor. They assured me that clutch and gearbox work would be carried out, but after the service there was no improvement in the pickup, engine sound, or overall performance. In fact, the scooter performed even worse than before. I use my Activa very lightly—hardly 5 km per day—yet within a few days of the full service and repairs, the same problems returned. When I contacted them again, they suggested replacing more parts and charging me additional money, but still offered no guarantee of improvement. To my surprise, they even advised me to take the scooter to an authorized Honda service centre. Based on my experience, I would recommend this shop only if you need spare parts.
