Amazing services. The rates are very reasonable. I get alignment and balancing done regularly over here. They are experts in that.

Amazing service and polite staff

A bit satisfied with the Price of the tyre, But I didn't like the behaviour of Person sitting at the Reception and also They don’t provide Tyre fitting for Bikes which is disappointing as they are authorised dealers.

It was an amazing experience with CEAT tyres for my car.

Nice product, Good staff, Overall satisfying experience for me

Excellent service and very cordial staff.

Best experience for buying tyres. Excellent explanation and prices for the required tyres.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Ceat Noble Tyre Shop, and I must say it was one of the worst encounters I've had with a service provider. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service is not a priority for this establishment. Firstly, they only sell tires but do not provide fitting services. This is highly inconvenient, as I had to find another place to get the tires fitted. It defeats the purpose of buying tires from them in the first place if you have to go elsewhere for installation. It's a hassle that could easily be avoided if they offered a comprehensive service package. The labor staff's behavior was absolutely pathetic. They were rude, unhelpful, and seemed completely disinterested in assisting customers. Their poor attitude made the entire environment unpleasant. It's as if they don't care about retaining customers or providing even the most basic level of customer service. To make matters worse, they charge an additional 2.5% fee on credit card transactions. This hidden cost is not mentioned upfront and feels like a sneaky way to squeeze more money out of customers. It's especially frustrating considering the already high prices because if you check online you will easily get ₹300 atleast less then what they are charging Unless you are in a desperate situation and have no other options, I strongly advise against visiting Ceat Noble Tyre Shop. Save yourself the headache and find a shop that values its customers and provides a complete, hassle-free service. This was a thoroughly disappointing experience, and I will certainly not be returning.

I recently purchased tyres for my Jeep Compass from CEAT Shoppe, Noble Tyres, and I had a great experience. The uncle at the shop offered me a very good price compared to other places, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent—quick, professional, and very friendly. The staff guided me properly and made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended! In my opinion, this is one of the best shops in Indore for CEAT tyres. 👍
