CEAT Shoppe, Madhya Pradesh Tyre Co

Bad experience. Charged extra for fitting & asked for extra charge for card payment

*They lie about warranty* Before purchasing, the seller clearly stated that the tyre comes with a 2–3 year warranty without any conditions. Based on this assurance, I proceeded with the purchase. Recently, I took the tyre for replacement. Although the manufacturing date shows it is around two years old and even my purchase bill has not yet completed two years, they refused to replace it. Their reason was that the tyre is worn out. However, the tyre has not even reached the TWI (Tyre Wear Indicator) mark, which clearly shows it is still within usable limits. Despite their earlier promises of unconditional warranty and replacement, they denied the claim and did not honor their commitment. This experience has been very disappointing. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing tyres from this shop, as the warranty promises made at the time of sale were not fulfilled.
