We paid for delivery and instead of delivering to our place, they ask us to collect it saying our area is not serviceable. I am sure they know which pin-code is serviceable and which is not while accepting courier orders.
Very bad experience, they don’t deliver the parcel at home. We have to go to them to collect parcel and also the staff misbehaves.
