Never send emergency stuff with this courier service, they don’t pick up call’s and send courier as per there convenience .
Negative Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
I sent Rakhi through this courier service and paid them in cash on 18th aug. They call me today on 9th October saying I haven't paid for the service and that the payment is due. I have discarded the receipt as it's been two months since the parcel has been delivered. Now these scoundrels want me to pay for it once again.
