Worst services no one picks call and delivers pacakage on time
1/5 stars - Extremely Poor Service from Madhur Courier Service, Indore I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Madhur Courier Service in Indore. Despite paying freight charges, they expect the consignee to go to their center to pick up the parcel. What's the point of paying for courier services if we have to go through the hassle of picking it up ourselves? Their business model seems to be only about moving packages from one place to another, without providing any actual delivery service. The constant calls to the consignee to come and pick up the parcel are annoying and unprofessional. I would not recommend Madhur Courier Service to anyone. They need to improve their services and provide actual door-to-door delivery if they want to stay competitive in the market. Avoid Madhur Courier Service in Indore if you want hassle-free delivery!
very bad parcel service.. dealy in each and ever parcel.. according to them speed post is good..
