It was a bad experience, never deliver eatable items through them. They are not punctual & having bad customer services.

Your bed courier facilities because my consginment nember D36791449 recevied at ratlam facilites but not delivery and return consignment to hayderabad and maximum 20 days of your delivery service and no contact of custmur for your consignment.
Pathetic service. Don't ever use the DTDC service. They failed to deliver my parcel and now my parcel is lost Even after so many complaints they are not responding.
Pathetic service. Never ever use them if you want your stuff on time, safely and with peace of mind. In the first place itself they lost my stuff which took over 10 days for them to locate. Then even after receiving it at the destination hub on 8th Feb, they are delaying the delivering citing some or the other reason. My family and I had to do a zillion follow ups to make sure things are moving. Otherwise they wouldn't have even bothered to deliver my stuff.
Worst service, fail to deliver consignment on time. Take 5 days to deliver in Bhopal From Indore. After complaint there is no any response even delivery partner not attending call after complaint. Only Big name there is nothing to expens 4 time much money than other courier services. 0 out of 5
