Worst service. Delivery boy not picking the call, customer care attendant is very rude. Not at all recommended.

The manager yelled at me and he was very rude i was waiting for my parcel last 10 days and these people shouted me instead of helping me ! Worst services worst brach manager he should get fired ! very bad service . they took 7 days to deliver my courier . behaviour of the staff very bad . they describe bijalpur from mari mata circle as 40 km . totally waste of money. i will not take their service again in future . not recommended to anyone

Worst experience, rats open the pack and they delivered it smartly hiding it by hand and not ready to talk about it now. Never ever use this bakwass brand. This is the second time I tried this services and they again hit my back earlier also they return the courier which was very urgent without calling and again ask for the charges for delivery after agreeing that this was completely their mistake and when delivery was done it was all messed up parcel.This time also they delivered parcel after 7 days and when we asked they said mistakenly the send the parcel to wrong place. Never ever use this company for services 🙅

There are a lot of other couriers that we can use instead of Trackon, I have been waiting for more than 20 days technically, the shipment was booked on 12th of June 2023, but for some reason they booked it on papers on the 24th june 2023, Now the shipment has been received at the destination hub and after calling them multiple times they have not done anything, gave me a wrong number of the local trackon hub. Not reverting my calls. I spoke with rude customer service reps and it will be the next month on the 1st of July. I think they have misplaced the shipment and not ready to admit it. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES
