SM EXPRESS LOGISTICS PVT LTD

Keep parcel with them for 15 days.. On contacting concerned person informed that area (which is center of city) is not sevicable while they deliver other parcels 700 meters away

Very bad service. Don’t trust them they will get full money from you and then they will say we cannot deliver to your home .. very bad and painful experience.

Time West this bus beacause this bus is not time reach the dropping point. Bed exprince bekar hai bekar sala ham to uske customer hai to apni to koi baat hi nahi sunte likhte hai subhah ko 7 : 30 or pachchate hai 12 baje bekar hai ye khali naam kaa hai express

One of the worst experiences ever. Tried it twice, first time, courier guy was throwing my boxes right in front of me, even though they were marked fragile, and all items were broken. Gave it another try, they did the same thing, throwing parcels on the ground directly from their vehicle. When asked to do it properly, they refused and tried intimidating me, saying they’ll take my parcel back and not give it for a few days. TERRIBLE SERVICE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
