this is a true review, I have parcel my bike for ladakh trip So i have to parcel and reveiving it two times. I must say, Indore parcel office is much better then other. when I parcel my bike from indore to jammu, It takes hardly one hour, but when I parcel my bike from Ambala cantt junction, You can't believe it takes 3-4 hours, very lazy people, all are arrogant. my train was almost missed, and then they take a bribe and complete my document. very poor management in ambala. So indore is way better then it.

They charge extra money around 2500 on my parcel. Even the bill amount is too less and my vehicle also damaged, no one taking responsibility of that now. Worst experience. One parcel they forgot to load. Not a correct way to provide service. Gov should take against this things.
