Very bad service, they are not responsible for anything, they do not get the parcel delivered on time, they do not even respond to calls or messages.

Absolutely shitty service, the courier was marked as delivered even though it did not reach me. It has been 7 days and these guys are just giving excuses and saying they will deliver. False promises and absolutely shitty service.

Bahut hi bakwas service hai mene indore se pratapgar meri party ko parcel bheja tha 1 dec 2025 ko aaj 8 dec 2025 hogaya abhi tak nahi pahunch hai or koi call bhi nahi uthata. agar iska koi owner hai to aap apni service ko sudhariye customer support par dkhyan dijiye Logo se gujarish hai isse kabhi zindagi me mat bhejna bhale khud chale jana dene. Delhi se mera ek parcel aaya tha. App me 2 din pehle se show ho raha tha ki parcel city me pahunch gaya hai. Main poora din wait karta raha lekin koi information nahi mili. Jab maine customer care dhoonda to local number mila. Wahan se bola gaya ki "hamare paas aapke area me service nahi hai." Agar aapke paas service hi nahi hai to parcel liya hi kyon? Phir maine city ke andar hi ek doosra address diya. Unhone bola ki kal pakka deliver ho jayega. Agle din bhi main poora din wait karta raha. Shaam ko phir bola gaya ki aaj bhi deliver nahi kar sakte. Phir kaha ki agar urgent hai to office se aakar parcel le jao. Mujhe samajh nahi aata kyon? Phir bola Rapido se bhej dete hain. Maine pucha Rapido kyon? Aur uska paisa kaun dega? To bola aapko hi dena padega. Phir Door-to-Door Service ka matlab kya hai? Maine life me itni bekaar service nahi dekhi. Bahut hi ghatiya experience raha. Customer ki koi value nahi, koi commitment nahi. Do din se parcel city me pada tha aur phir bhi deliver nahi hua. Ye log courier industry me kya kar rahe hain samajh nahi aata. Agar service deni nahi aati to parcel book hi mat karo. Worst service ever.

Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. This courier service showed a complete lack of responsibility and empathy toward its customers. Despite clearly explaining the urgency of my parcel, the staff showed little concern and failed to take the situation seriously. What was even more unacceptable was the way customers were spoken to and treated. A courier service should understand that parcels can sometimes contain urgent or important items, and customers deserve basic courtesy, accountability, and timely assistance. Overall, I found the service highly unprofessional and insensitive. I would strongly advise people to think twice before relying on this courier service, especially for urgent deliveries.
