DTDC Courier Services

The proprietor ,Mr Sharma , is irresponsible and very annoying person. I went to courier my Printer. The proprietor told me that insurance will be applied only for loss not for damage. And DTDC won't hold responsibility for any damage. He said " our labours can keep the items in their way so we are not responsible for it".How unprofessional proprietor and DTDC labour are,it shows. They are not providing their packaging material also . Very irresponsible behaviour, not expected from world class courier company. He said they are trained like that only by DTDC. Negative Responsiveness, Professionalism

The guy with glasses who sits on counter is proudly says that he is better than Maruti and Bluedart , rude and arrogant , they are running small courier service and some multinational company , over costly without any reason, 00000 rating for the staff and owner ..!! Don’t go there by mistake also if doesn’t want to spoil mood and your day and pay extra for it .cheap and disgusting

Worst courier service ever... Don't ever use this...no one answers the calls or replies on msgs even..They just book the parcel and keep it in their office, they don't deliver and even cal for pickup if they r not delivering... Atleast they can return the parcel but no one bothers at all.... worst staff and service ...0 start from me
