Terrible experience. Despite reaching out multiple times, the courier company refused to refund me. On top of that, I forced to pay customs fees—something they never mentioned beforehand. Customer service was completely unhelpful and dismissive. Overall, an awful service from start to finish. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
