Excellent service regularly picked up Timely Timely

Had the worst experience with DTDC. My mother personally visited the DTDC office and specifically asked whether the shipment would arrive by a certain date and time. They confidently assured her that it would definitely reach the receiver by then. But guess what? I never received the parcel at all — and it was something that was urgently needed for Rakhi. If they had simply been honest and told us the shipment wouldn't arrive on time due to the festival rush, we would have happily looked for another option. But no — their false promises and greed ended up costing us a lot. Thank you so much, DTDC, for ruining our day. Kudos to you guys.

Great service, reasonable price and very good staff
