Packing is good ... Delivery on time
very bad service, not delivering parcel on time, when asked from owner (sandeep) didn't take any responsibility and talking badly and cut the phone without giving necessary information
Safe packaging .. trusted brand
Such a worst courier office. The delivery boy doesn't delivers the parcel again if the person isn't available and the next time if the person call them to deliver the product then instead of delivering the parcel.. The courier boy ask to come to office and pick the parcel... It's the worst courier office in this area
thy dont have even sense to talk their customers... when we asked to track our parcel... they deny to help... the person was actually not ready to listen... without listning my issue properly... he started saying insane things... "used words.... like ..."aap bekar ki behes kar rhe hai.. rakh dijiye aap phone" what the hell is this..
Fast cargo providers.. delivered safe 👍 …
The international delivery system of DTDC is hopelessly unreliable. They hand over your shipment to UPS and wash away their hands bysaying it has been gate awayed. No longer responsible to delivery to final destination Negative Quality
