Want to have a good courier service, this is the right place. Very helping and help in informed decision making for sending any parcel across the world!
Very pathetic...On the day of delivery they don't share the contact details of delivery person for co-ordinatio . I checked with customer care and they said it won't be delivered today...I went out for some work and now the delivery boy standing at my gate and calling I have reached where are you ? Asking me to collect from warehouse. 2nd day same pattern repeats. Haven't received my parcel yet... Highly unprofessional
Excellent experience, they were operating on sunday as well, packaging and customer handling was on top.
Great packaging provided by them, delivered the parcel in 2 days. Very economical, they charged the least compared to all the other dtdc. Also the staff is very helpful. ❤️
Wrong location updated on map. Takes right inside Bombay hospital
my parcel of 20 kg reached destination in time. If you have something breakable to send, bring it to the centre and they will pack it in good quality cardboard box for a modest fee
Courier ka status batane ke liye 15 km dur vijay nagar bula rahe hai..... Piche jor se tv chala rakhi hai, Phone par thik se aawaj nahi aati.. Courier vijay nagar par atka rakha hai.. Last time medicine wale shipment ko bhi 15 din late baar barr shikayat karne par deliver kiya.
very impressed with their service. My package was delivered well before estimated delivery date and in good condition, which was pleasant surprise! The Staff of office very helpful and friendly. And special thanks to owner of this office Mr. Sandeep who helped me through out this process and explain every thing in a very polite manner. Overall, a great experience!..... ❤️1
