We write this formally to express our extreme disappointment with the repeated unprofessional behavior and substandard services experienced with PrintVerse. After repeatedly facing financial losses and reputation since we had onboarded them as our suppliers for Fridge magnet, Keychains among our collaterals. At the outset, we were impressed that this company claiming to be a second-generation business existing for 35+ years would be professional in their production, relationship management and service approach. We had our good engagement with them this year for our first order, especially with Mr. Prashal leading the team, excellent relationship management, prompt communication and execution of the orders. But their recent response to our business order along with their change in leadership team of PRINTVERSE has turned their production and service process falling drastically short of expectations, tarnishing not only their brand image, but also impacting our business operations. The specific issues we have faced include for two order. Purchase Order: [PV09021] and Purchase Order: [PV11055]Orders not being delivered on time – [Delay lasted from 5 days to 10 days]- [WHATSAPP CHAT SCREEENSHOT IS AVAILABLE WITH US]No proactive communication or follow-up regarding delays. We had to repeatedly request them for FOLLOW-UP on order with reference to [PV11055]. Queries went unanswered despite [WHATSAPP CHAT SCREEENSHOT IS AVAILABLE WITH US]. Finally, the response sounded more like an AMATEUR, arrogance than a professional communication. The vague, irresponsive attitude or PRINTVERSE was unhelpful and its cause unnecessary anxiety to our team and client. Of-couse, they were very prompt in raising invoices and letting us know the amount that we were due to them, but other than that, communication response was delayed to the service request. It seemed to us that the new business leadership doesn’t take client order seriously. Due to the DELAYS, we terribly underperformed at a BUSINESS EXPO PV09021and we have failed to meet my consumers of our much-touted products that we had promised them to reveal. This has resulted in both financial losses and a significant dent in our reputation with clients, which is unacceptable. While our comment maybe blunt and impassionate, but this needs to be addressed urgently from your end as your situation warrants the same. We are frustrated of that our repeatedly raising of concerns while has been met with series of apologies from your end, it is not backed-up with corrective course. At this point we are compelled to reassess our association with PRINTVERSE AS we no longer have any faith in the MANPOWER, ASSURANCES, SYSTEM, and BUSINESS PROCESS AND PRACTICES of PRINTVERSE, and we are considering alternative suppliers, until PRINTVERSE can get their operation back in order. We hope PRINTVERSE understands the gravity of the situation of their organization and take immediate corrective measures. Always wishing you the best Sincerely Harsha
