Unsatisfactory Customer Service and Quality Concerns I reached out over the phone to inquire about having visiting cards printed, and after receiving and paying for a quote from the owner, the resulting product was not up to standard. Unfortunately, the cards were improperly cut, leaving noticeable margins on one side, which reflected a lack of professionalism in the work. Given that these cards are intended for business meetings, the quality issues are particularly problematic. When addressed, the owner attributed these issues to the small size of the order. However, from my past experiences with other printers, the order size has never impacted the quality of work delivered. If providing high-quality work in smaller quantities is not feasible, I believe it should not be offered. The absence of an apology or an attempt to rectify the situation was also disappointing. Therefore, I cannot recommend their services and advise checking the quality of their work before engagement.
