They took my work. Told me that they would get the ID Card printed by 8 PM. Then, I called them as I reached there. It wasn’t done. They told me next morning by afternoon. It wasn’t ready even by 4 PM. They said, It is in process, will be ready in 1-2 hours. I waited. Then, 7-8 PM, They said We won’t be able to print it as It is not allowed to print ID Card i.e. Intl. Driver’s License’s soft-copy. Wasted two days. I went to Navin Photocopy, Got it done in 2 minutes. Very unethical people.

We use to give them Quality Design Jobs and get back Super Quality printing from them. Their response and behavior are very nice. They have very high-quality equipment and printing machinery. Very happy with the service and would surely suggest every one.

Worst Customer Service I’ve Dealt With Print Factory’s attitude is worse than their printing. The owner talks like he’s doing you a favour just by taking the order. Zero professionalism, no courtesy, and absolutely no sense of accountability. The moment you point out an issue, they get defensive and dismissive instead of resolving it. If you don’t like being talked down to, avoid this place completely.

Extremely disappointing experience. I went to Print Factory to get 4x6 prints done, and the quality was honestly terrible—the prints lacked clarity and looked washed out. On top of that, the cutting was completely off, ruining the final look. When I pointed this out, the owner casually brushed it off saying, “2-3 mm ka difference toh aata hi hai.” That kind of attitude shows zero professionalism and no regard for customer expectations. If you care about precision and print quality, this is not the place.
