Very good service

Best service for any type of laptop.

Went for thermal pasting and laptop cleaning. The person at the shop was in a hurry and did the work hastily and left out one screw. As I was standing right there, upon questioning the person distastefully asked me to find out the left out place and left the shop in a hurry without even rechecking and turning on the laptop. Pathetic service at the shop and would recommend to find better shop elsewhere.

Very bad service, bahut mahnga hai ,ak bar outer body bas kholne ke price 150 rs le lete hai. Please don't go here and consider another shop. Behaviour not good money minded people.

Nice service. Could be little faster but at the end they solved my problem so it is worth it ✨

Very Good response and work at reasonable rate. Most important they will guide and also suggest you not to install unnecessary parts and thus helps you by saving your hard earned money.

So i was facing issues with LAN connectivity and i had consulted 3-4 persons and none of them could solve the issues permanently. I googled and searched for network solution. The google reviews were genuine, so i called for the services from One Touch solution. Mr Praveen visited, understood my issues first very patiently and promised to visit the very next day during my off hours. He gave a call before visiting the very next day, did his magic which none other person could do and everything was running absolutely in place. To my surprise, he even repaired my 360 touchscreen Hp laptop whose touchscreen was not working, had sound output issue as well as a big lag in turning on. This same laptop i had shown to Hp Authorized service centre 2 years back and they suggested screen replacement worth rs 35-40k. Even a local vendor suggested the same. He's truly a genuine person with great ethics. Thank you for your time

Really good service , does service infront of you , good staff behaviour , recommended

One Time solution provided. And i know this guy he respects time.
