Very disappointing experience. The staff communication and overall management are not up to the mark. Proper information is not given beforehand, and the situation changes after reaching there. Also it is very dirty, drinking water area was filthy & staff very rude. There is no value for the patient’s time and effort. Overall, not satisfied with the service.

Very disappointing experience. I had to wait for a very long time, and the staff kept delaying without giving any proper explanation. Even after all that waiting, I still didn't receive the printed copy of my X-ray. The service is slow, unprofessional, and poorly managed. I would not recommend this diagnostic center if you value your time and expect basic customer service.
