Worst diagnostic center you have to for the doctor Atleast an hour to arrive and then no answer for our queries like hows the condition is everything ok, no response and then wait for another 30-40 minutes for report to come

Highly unreliable. They would give you appointment but when you reach there they will say “ kal aana “. And the doctor and receptionist both are arrogant and rude . Just a response to your comment that we were not informed about any such reason. And don’t you think as a doctor and as a diagnostic center its your responsibility to inform the Blood pressure patient , who was fasting till 12 pm because a day before, you gave an appointment and we told you the criticality as well . Also when we reached the center , then we were told that the doctor will not come and the receptionist was so casual and ignorant that these were here exact words “Is test me to time lagega , kal aana , hum kuch nahi kar sakte”.

Had a very worst experience with them. They're charging additionally in the mid of examination. Not having any transparency on service charges. Not recommended at all.

First of all doctor came at 1.30 pm instead of 10 am. When I tried to communicate many times he didn't responded even by noding. Like he didn't listen. Worst experience.

Pricing are very high for pregnancy sonography. Also no lady doctor there. No senior receptionist. Although scans are Good but not satisfactory.

Worst Experience. I don't know how this Diagnostic center got 4.8 stars. The Doc was not on time as if they are running some Kirana shop. The Receptionist is from different world and sounds more robotic. The most scariest thing is that there is no women staff at all. This itself explains how ignorant this Diagnostic center is. No wonder why it was empty when I visited. Also they don't have a transparent billing charges. I think the billing is more driven by the day target instead of any standards. Overall, I recommend to avoid this Diagnostic center if you don't want to waste your time and money. 0 Stars from my side.

Very bad experience don't go there for Sonography.please प्लीज आप लोग मत जाना जिसको भी सोनोग्राफी करना है प्लीज? जो भी ऑनलाइन देख कर जाते हैं प्लीज एक बार रिव्यु पढ़ लो और उसके बाद डिसाइड करो कि जाना है कि नहीं जाना हैबिल्कुल भी अच्छा सोनोग्राफी सेंटर नहीं है। ऊपर से वहां का जो स्टाफ है जो रिसेप्शनिस्ट है बहुत ही अकुडु है बहुत बदतमीज है उसक बात करने का तमीज नहीं है

Worst staff, worst doctor, worst experience, they don’t know how to talk to patients, they don’t understand the urgency, absolutely ridiculous behaviour of receptionist. Don’t ever go!

Extremely disappointing experience. I had to wait almost 1.5 hours just for a sonography because the doctor arrived nearly an hour late. There was no proper communication or apology for the delay, leaving patients waiting with no idea when they would be seen. Even there were only 2 patients. To make matters worse, the receptionist repeatedly asked for basic details like age and weight multiple times within minutes, even though I’d already provided them. The entire process felt disorganized and unprofessional. If a diagnostic centre cannot manage appointments, communicate delays, or maintain basic patient records efficiently, it raises serious concerns about the quality of service. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.
