विषय: कालिंदी सोलर द्वारा भ्रामक जानकारी एवं खराब गुणवत्ता के कार्य के संबंध में शिकायत मैं यह शिकायत Kalindi Solar एवं उनके मार्केटिंग प्रतिनिधि श्री जनक गुप्ता के विरुद्ध दर्ज कर रहा हूँ। हमने Kalindi Solar से 5 KW Tata 3-Phase Solar Plant लगवाया था। बिक्री के समय श्री जनक गुप्ता द्वारा हमें बड़े-बड़े दावे किए गए थे तथा स्पष्ट रूप से बताया गया था कि सोलर प्लांट द्वारा जितनी यूनिट बिजली उत्पन्न होगी, वह पूरी की पूरी हमारे बिजली बिल में समायोजित (Minus) हो जाएगी। इन्हीं आश्वासनों के आधार पर हमने अग्रिम भुगतान (Advance Payment) कर परियोजना का कार्य प्रारंभ करवाया। इसके अतिरिक्त, हमें JSW Structure लगाने का वादा किया गया था, जबकि वास्तविकता में साइट पर स्थानीय (Local) एवं निम्न गुणवत्ता का स्ट्रक्चर लगा दिया गया। इस संबंध में भी Kalindi Solar द्वारा कोई संतोषजनक उत्तर नहीं दिया गया। सबसे बड़ा झटका तब लगा जब बिजली का बिल प्राप्त हुआ। सोलर प्लांट द्वारा जितनी यूनिट उत्पन्न हुई थीं, उनमें से लगभग आधी यूनिट ही बिल में दर्शाई गईं। शेष यूनिट का कोई स्पष्ट हिसाब नहीं दिया गया। जब इस विषय में Kalindi Solar एवं श्री जनक गुप्ता से संपर्क किया गया, तो उनकी ओर से न तो कोई उचित समाधान दिया गया और न ही हमारी शिकायत को गंभीरता से लिया गया। यह व्यवहार ग्राहक के साथ धोखाधड़ी, भ्रामक जानकारी प्रदान करने एवं अनुचित व्यापारिक आचरण को दर्शाता है। बिक्री के समय किए गए वादों और वास्तविक कार्य में भारी अंतर पाया गया है। हम इस शिकायत के समर्थन में निम्न दस्तावेज संलग्न/प्रस्तुत कर रहे हैं: 1. संबंधित माह का बिजली बिल। 2. उसी माह में सोलर प्लांट द्वारा उत्पन्न यूनिट (Generation Report)। 3. Kalindi Solar को किए गए भुगतान की रसीदें (Payment Receipts)। हम संबंधित अधिकारियों से अनुरोध करते हैं कि इस मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच कर Kalindi Solar के विरुद्ध उचित कार्रवाई की जाए तथा हमें हुए आर्थिक एवं मानसिक नुकसान का समाधान कराया जाए।

I hired Kalindi Solar Solutions for a 3 KW On-Grid solar system in Indore, and based on my experience, I strongly advise others to think carefully before choosing them. They failed to deliver several commitments made in their own quotation and compromised the electrical safety of my installation. Their quotation specifically mentioned the use of Double Nut Washers for mounting and a 16 sq mm tinned cable for the Lightning Arrestor. However, my system was installed without the promised nut washers, increasing the risk of panels loosening under wind loads, and they used an undersized 4 sq mm cable instead of the specified 16 sq mm cable for the Lightning Arrestor. They also failed to use copper lugs for cable terminations, which is a basic electrical practice to ensure secure connections and reduce the risk of overheating or fire. The installation itself took more than 50 days, despite their quotation stating a timeline of 30–40 days. Throughout the project, their employees appeared highly unorganized, inadequately skilled, and careless. Communication was poor—they would usually contact me only when they wanted another payment, while repeatedly postponing installation work and promised follow-ups. After receiving full payment, they refused to rectify these discrepancies or bring the installation in line with the specifications they had quoted. As a customer, I feel that I paid for one standard of workmanship but received something significantly different. I have also filed formal complaints with the Consumer Grievance Forum and the PM Surya Ghar Yojana grievance portal regarding these issues. I have retained photographs, videos, and the original quotation as evidence to support my claims. This review reflects my personal experience with this project. मैंने इंदौर में 3 KW ऑन-ग्रिड सोलर सिस्टम के लिए Kalindi Solar Solutions को चुना था। अपने व्यक्तिगत अनुभव के आधार पर मैं सलाह दूँगा कि इस कंपनी को चुनने से पहले अच्छी तरह सोच-विचार करें। इन्होंने अपने ही लिखित कोटेशन में किए गए कई वादों को पूरा नहीं किया और इंस्टॉलेशन के दौरान बुनियादी इलेक्ट्रिकल सुरक्षा मानकों से भी समझौता किया। इनके कोटेशन में स्पष्ट रूप से Double Nut Washers और Lightning Arrestor के लिए 16 sq mm Tinned Cable लगाने का उल्लेख था। लेकिन वास्तविक इंस्टॉलेशन में सोलर पैनलों को बिना Double Nut Washers के लगाया गया, जिससे तेज हवा में पैनलों के ढीले होने का खतरा बढ़ जाता है। इसके अलावा, 16 sq mm के बजाय केवल 4 sq mm की केबल का उपयोग किया गया, जो Lightning Arrestor के लिए सुरक्षित मानक के अनुरूप नहीं है। इतना ही नहीं, वायर टर्मिनेशन पर Copper Lugs भी नहीं लगाए गए, जबकि यह सुरक्षित और मजबूत विद्युत कनेक्शन के लिए एक सामान्य एवं आवश्यक प्रथा है। जहाँ इनके कोटेशन में इंस्टॉलेशन का समय 30–40 दिन बताया गया था, वहीं मेरा प्रोजेक्ट 50 दिनों से अधिक समय में पूरा हुआ। पूरी प्रक्रिया के दौरान इनके कर्मचारी अव्यवस्थित, पर्याप्त रूप से प्रशिक्षित नहीं और बेहद लापरवाह लगे। अधिकांश समय वे केवल भुगतान लेने के लिए संपर्क करते थे, जबकि काम और विज़िट बार-बार टालते रहे और हर बार नए बहाने बनाते रहे। सबसे निराशाजनक बात यह रही कि पूरा भुगतान प्राप्त करने के बाद उन्होंने अपनी ही कोटेशन के अनुसार इंस्टॉलेशन में मौजूद कमियों को सुधारने से साफ़ इनकार कर दिया। एक ग्राहक के रूप में मुझे लगा कि मैंने जिस गुणवत्ता और सुरक्षा मानकों के लिए भुगतान किया, वह मुझे नहीं मिला। यह समीक्षा मेरे व्यक्तिगत अनुभव पर आधारित है। यदि आप Kalindi Solar Solutions से सोलर सिस्टम लगवाने की सोच रहे हैं|
