Service persons are not cooperative and dont know how to talk with costumer
CP Plus service center ka staff ka behaviour bahut hi rude aur unprofessional hai. Customer ki problem ko properly sunne aur samajhne ke bajay thik se jawab bhi nahi dete. Service ke regarding basic information lene ke liye bhi staff se baat karna kaafi difficult raha. CP Plus jaise brand se customer service aur staff ke behaviour mein better professionalism ki ummeed hoti hai. Management ko is matter par dhyan dena chahiye aur staff ko customers ke saath politely aur properly deal karne ki training deni chahiye.
Very bad behavior, the camera did not get repaired in 3 attempts and was not even replaced.I've been running around for 2 months now but there's no solution.
