Pathetic service. Unresponsive and unable to resolve issues despite repetitive followup. Its been 8 months since the solar system has been installed yet the bill has gone up several folds.
Great Service, owner has in depth knowledge and available to resolve issues. Hope to get same service throughout the life cycle of product.
Horrible services. Had to call the M.D. personally to get the solar panels installed. Even after one month of paying, the entire setup is still not done. On calling customer care, I get no response. I'm giving 1 star because I can't give zero stars.
We were facing low generation of unit in summer months I bought it up to the engineers of the company The issue was very quickly addressed the problem resolved at great speed I am really impressed with response of the team and the effectiveness of work I really thank full to Mr Divesh Shah and his team
