⭐ 1 Star – Camera Failed Within 25 Days, No Support at All I am extremely disappointed with Corebyte Technology and their after-sales service. The camera installed at my plot in DLF stopped working within just 25 days of installation. Since then, I have been calling and following up for over one month, but there has been zero resolution. Not a single technician visit has been done. They assured me of a 2-year warranty with service support, but once the product was sold, they stopped responding to calls. Either they don’t pick up, or they make false promises without any action. What makes this experience worse is that I placed the order again because I had a good experience with them earlier when they installed cameras at my home. Unfortunately, their service standards have fallen drastically. A security camera that fails within 25 days and a company that completely ignores the customer afterward is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid Corebyte Technology unless they improve their customer support and honor their warranty commitments. I am unable to reply the below mentioned clarification from Corebyte Technology therefore, I am editing this. I strongly disagree with the claims made in your recent response and would like to place the correct facts on record. Your statement that the complaint was first raised on 18-12-2025 is incorrect. I had been continuously calling and informing your team about the camera malfunction well before this date. These calls were made repeatedly, yet no effective action was taken. Merely registering a complaint on a later date does not negate the fact that the issue was reported much earlier. It is also incorrect to state that consistent efforts were made from your side. Not a single technical visit has been completed to date. An engineer visit was once scheduled by the owner himself, but the engineer refused to come, and no alternative visit was arranged thereafter. This clearly demonstrates a lack of seriousness in resolving the issue. Without conducting any site visit or physical inspection, you are now making assumptions about power supply, voltage fluctuations, and construction-site conditions. These are speculative explanations, not technical conclusions. Diagnosing a problem remotely—without inspection—does not constitute service or support; it only appears to be an attempt to justify inaction. If the issue is truly “unique and uncommon,” it makes an on-site technical evaluation even more essential. Unfortunately, despite repeated follow-ups from my side, no such effort has been made. At this stage, your response seems more focused on presenting an image of activity online rather than actually resolving the problem on the ground. I expect a proper site visit and concrete technical resolution, not assumptions or delays.
