I was looking for a display for my work. found this shop and there is a guy named Bhavesh who guided me well and suggested the best suitable display. great experience

I always felt good about this store but quite recently I paid a visit to enquire about a lenovo laptop (Y540). At first the executive was composed, but as I began asking a few things about the display, to my shock, he suddenly lost his composure. I couldn't believe what he said: "aap phle ye puchte ho fir aap vo puchte ho aap ek br me hi puch lete ........ye sare specifications to apko pata hona chahiye"...I mean what?? Buddy you were the one selling the product and you want me to know everything about the specific make you have?? I went there to buy a 70K product but didn't complete my purchase because of his arrogance. I will never visit again. Also, it happened on the day of Diwali. Thanks for ruining it for me!

I buy a gaming keyboard yesterday but it won't work with my laptop as it was not compatible with my laptop I don't know why but this happened first time with me but when today i went to their store and they refuse to understand my problem and fight with me and say will not return this product, after dispute of about 40 min i ask to give a higher model and they give me a combo of keyboard and mouse which is of 1200 in other shops but this store manager give it me for 1400 So i give him the money because i don't want to come again and again to their store I was a loyal customer to their store but not now on words and also not recommend you this shop
