I got a really good laptop for a really good price. The shopkeeper were very helpful and understanding.

My laptop had stopped detecting batteries and I was struggling to get it fixed since 3 years! Changed 2 batteries before my neighbour informed me about P c s. Their expert engineers identified the problem and resolved it on the same day! They are very professional and truthful about service. Please don't be fooled by the good ratings given to them by their dear ones. I gave my laptop for hinge repair to them on January, 2020. The only problem in my laptop was the damaged hinges, else it was completely working fine and was only 1.5 years old (Bought in 2018). When I recollected the laptop there was a big blue stain on the screen from inside. They said, the new worker made a mistake and they replaced the screen with a new one. When I again re-collected the laptop, the hinges were extremely loose and the screen looked fake. But they assured that the hinges will get tighter as I'll use the laptop everyday and the screen is genuine and that I can anytime come to them in case of a problem. They had charged 1200 in total. There was lockdown imposed in march and I never got a chance to re-visit the store for resolution. It's august, 2021 and the hinges are STILL LOOSE, the screen is fully damaged again and the repair center is asking me to change the screen. They assure that the screen which was put in the laptop was not genuine and was cheap one. The hinge repair cost+ screen cost is costing me 12000 in total. Padam chip center is a complete fraud. They will deliberately replace your original screen with thr damaged one, will assure to apply a new one and will sell your original screen somewhere else. I am raising a complaint in consumer council against them. Please beware. Negative Quality, Professionalism, Value
