Balaji Infotech

"ABSOLUTELY SHAMELESS & FRAUD! I am a visually impaired person and visited this shop for a simple body repair. My laptop was fully WORKING when I gave it to them. They opened it and then lied that the motherboard is dead to scam me for money. What’s worse is their STAFF'S ATTITUDE. They were extremely rude, arrogant, and kept ignoring me while talking to others. They have zero respect for customers, especially those with disabilities. Instead of helping, they tried to cheat a blind person. DISGUSTING SERVICE. Avoid this place at all costs! Please do yourself a favor and avoid this shop at all costs. I am a visually impaired person, and they tried to scam me by claiming my motherboard was dead when I only came for a body repair. Their staff is extremely rude and tried to take advantage of my disability. If you want genuine work, just walk a little further to visit shop. I went there right after escaping this place, and the difference was night and day. They were so honest that they fixed my issue for FREE and told me the truth em dash it was just a loose charger point, not a dead motherboard. Don't get looted here at balagi infotech. poor servicesbad atitude
