These guys are great. They put the customer first. If you ask them a question, they answer the question. There aren't a bunch of calculations about how to make money from the transaction but rather they discuss the technical options to solve the problem. I received up front communication, high quality technical work that went the extra yard, reasonable prices, and excellent turnaround time.

Good shop and supportive staff

There was some serious hinge issue in my HP Laptop, and Due to it, the laptop was almost torn apart in two pieces and it looks very ugly. I purchased this laptop from the USA. On noticing this hinge issue, I booked a Complaint Case number at both the USA and India HP customer support center. Then, I visited the HP service center Indore for its repair, but they told me around Rs.16000/- expense for screen back cover and two hinges replacement. Later, they told me that these parts are not available in India, so I have to repair my laptop in the parent country (USA) from where it was purchased. All these activities already took a month and there was no hope to repair it in India. It was almost impossible for me to arrange its repair from the USA due to cost and accessibility concerns. Therefore, I decided to repair it locally in Silver Mall Indore. But now the issue was to find a good local repair shop where skilled professionals with honest dealing are available because it was the USA made expensive laptop, so I was afraid of improper repair along with laptop’s other parts illegal replacement. Then, I searched on google for a good laptop repairing shop and found Nanotech laptop repairing center at Silver Mall Indore having the highest customer satisfaction rating 4.7 out of 5 posted by 433 customers along with excellent customer reviews. I decided to repair my laptop at Nanotech with a little suspicion. Once I visited the Shop, Mr. Lokesh Bairagi (owner of the shop) politely greeted me and told me that it will be repaired in 3-4 hours on the same day. He also provided the reasonable charging (less than one-tenth of expenditure quoted by HP service center) for its repair. His behavior and attitude instilled confidence in me, and I felt that I came to the right shop. And as per his commitment, He perfectly repaired my laptop within 3 hours on the same day. I was amazed by seeing laptop after repair as even I am not able to notice any sign of repair and it looks just like a new laptop. So In brief, I want to convey that the team at Nanotech is excellent in terms of attitude, courtesy, expertise, and professionalism. Laptop of any brand & make can be repaired here with 100% confidence in service quality and honest dealing at a reasonable cost. So Go ahead guys without any doubt to nanotech as this is a one-stop solution for all your laptop repairing issues. I am sincerely thankful to Nanotech for solving my laptop issue within time & budget and highly recommend this shop to every customer. Just come here once and see the difference.
