TATA'S CROMA,Indore(Every Store) doesn’t even pick calls. Maybe the numbers are just wallpaper?

This store doesn't even deserve one star. Worst staff behaviour ever seen. worst service and having worst experience. I suggest higher authorities of croma to teach there employers even manager of store that how to behave with your valuable customers. They really don't know how to behave and how to talk. Not suggestive and adviceable place.

No response from store and customer support since one month I am suffering due to there bed products. Chimny is leaking from everywhere also led light break down due to the low quality

When I went there to buy a television with a ps5 , they were not responding , not knowing and were asking to their own staff , well that's ok but they were not giving any assistance when I wanted and asked for it . After some time , they started misleading me for selling a higher valued product. Worst service ever! 👎 Finally I went to lotus for getting ps5 and tv , their service was much better than croma's.
