Croma - New Palasia

Yesterday I bought Lenovo Idea Pad Plus from Croma New Palasia. I was getting late so I went home and checked, the tablet is showing 3 months old activation. There is no response from Croma. They are saying talk to the service centre, why should I go to the service centre if I bought it from you.

Just a shop of false commitments while selling the product. They will keep fooling you for the products which increases their margins even if its not of good quality. Additionally if you do purchase, they will promise a delivery and installation time just to sell the product but will never be able to fulfil that.

Store and product range is better. Mr. Jagdish attended us, there service was awesome.

Reliance Digital offers better service than Croma. There is always a price difference I observed, and the service is better than Croma.

I have purchased Samsung galaxy A35 within some hours phone screen got filikker. The phone looks like defective piece . I have requested to replace the phone or exchange it but whole staff is not giving any response related my issue. Worst place to visit staff is rude and not responsible.

Worst customer relation Department no one answer the call, I don’t know where busy they are
