Inconvenient branch store. Careless volunteers. Misguided. All readers, beware: Please do double check the prices tagged on the products are appropriate before making any purchase. In this instance I was misguided and fallen into a trouble. Bought a washing machine with a suitable tag and a suitable date for delivery. The tag was accidentally wrongfully placed on the display rack. I figured this price appropriate for me, so booked seeing a good deal. The other day of the purchase, before the delivery, it was let known to me that the product they booked for delivery is the wrong one and the delivery had to be canceled. They stated, you have to make a new purchase because the machine you picked is a different one and the price is a bit higher priced than the actual amount you paid. So in this regard you will have to pay the difference amount with a fresh new booking, conditionally canceling this one. The earlier purchase will be canceled and the whole amount will be refunded back to the source it came from. The next booking will be freshly done and hopefully the delivery will be done on the next day of your chosen day or later on. I had to visit the store two times more to get rid of all this mess up. At this writing, I am in the midst of that purchase yet to be delivered to my place. Huh!
