Mera experience is electronics shop ke saath bahut hi kharab raha. Staff aur owner ka behaviour bahut hi rude aur arrogant tha. Customers se baat karna inhe aata hi nahi. Maine ek product purchase kiya tha, lekin baad me realize hua ki galat cheez le li. Jab maine exchange ya refund ki request ki, toh inhone bade hi badtameez aur loud tareeke se refuse kar diya. Inki tone me sirf ego tha aur professionalism bilkul bhi nahi tha. Honestly, ye sabse worst electrical shop hai jaha main kabhi gaya hoon. Bilkul bhi recommend nahi karunga.

I am writing this review based on two separate visits to this electrical store, and both experiences were equally disappointing due to the rude and unhelpful behaviour of the staff. I visited the store specifically to purchase a cable, and I politely requested to see the cable before buying so I could check if it met my requirements. This is a basic and reasonable request, especially for electrical items where compatibility is important. However, the staff refused to show the product, without giving any proper reason, and spoke in a dismissive and unfriendly manner. As a customer, I believe it is my right to be informed and to inspect a product before making a purchase, particularly when it relates to electrical or technical compatibility. Denying this right and treating genuine inquiries with disrespect is not acceptable. No matter how good the prices may be, I cannot recommend a store that treats its customers this way. I will not be returning, and I suggest others look for a place where customers are respected and supported in making informed purchases.
