Bought 3 ACs. 1 was faulty and it took 7 days+ to replace it. These people took little to no responsibility in tracking the progress and said it has to be done by Blue Star only. I paid money to them and had to follow up with Blue Star everyday. Such unprofessional attitude of a retailer, just imagine. If you care for your money, rather go with online like Amazon because atleast they provide some kind of service till successful installation.

Don't purchase any product it provides the defective products . I purchased the cooler but blade was bend, it was giving water leakage issue. Worst experience

On my recent visit to store. Experience was horrible.. I feel as in all staff will attack on me. The only concern I raised was charges billed to me after invoice is made and I asked that Same was not communicated to me. On this entire staff almost tried to attack me.. Thanks got Manager intervene and saved me.. I am not saying that don’t buy from Coral. Just stay safe when u make a visit And prefer to get accompanied by a bodyguard :)

Maine ek geyser purchase Kiya , used product deliver karwaya aur jab complaint leke Gaya to dono owner ki juwan change thi baat karne ka tarika ek dum jahilo jaise tha. They said jo karna ho kar lo .. I was like ki ladne Aya hu ya saman kharidne.. Never go to such places jaha ka owner hi gawaar jaahil ho aur staff bhi gundo jaisa hai. Worst experience

Agar aap yaha review dekhne aye hain aur review par trust hai to. Is shop me bhul ke nahi jaayen product kharidne ke pahle aur baad jameen aasman ka antar hai. Chahe wo product ka ho ya commitment ka ho. Kash maine review padh ke ignore nahi kiya hota to na to mental harassment hota aur na hi ghatiya staff aur Malik ke name me gundo se baat karni padti. Very very very bad experience never purchase anything from here.

They sold me samsung earphone after billing the earphone did not work in my phone....they said they will refund me but also said that they don't have 1000 rupees in that store to refund me even I just after 5 mins of me paying them 1000🤣🤣 at the same time......garib store …
