Very good staff and very helpful

I had one of the worst experiences at Reliance Digital today. I selected a phone and the staff confirmed that the offer was applicable. After that, they made me wait for more than 1 hour ⏳ without any proper response. Finally, after wasting so much of my time, they suddenly told me “Sorry, we cannot give you this phone. The offer is not applicable.” This is completely unacceptable. If the offer was not applicable, why did they confirm it in the first place and make me wait so long? 😡 When I tried to question them, instead of solving the issue politely, the staff behaved very rudely. One of them even said “Don’t waste our time. Either choose another phone or leave.” This is not how a customer should be treated. The worst part was the store manager, who was one of the rudest people I have ever seen in a retail store. No apology, no proper explanation, and no respect for the customer at all. 👎 I completely wasted my time for nothing. I will never visit this store again and I strongly do not recommend it to anyone. Very poor customer service and extremely unprofessional behaviour. 🚫
