******** Worst customer support as well while i posted the review the team asked me to contact their head and email my query and the helpline no they share over the mail follows the same thread of redirecting to random department I followed the instruction but still there is no response from the team And moreover they remove the negative feed back if posted ***** Worst experience with the store Purchased a product(Bajaj cooler 65L) on 7th April 2024 It got defected within 3 days While purchase we were told you can replace the product within 7 days but they said we will repair the product Its 22nd April 2024 still the product is in same condition When we try to call the helpline they redirect to random department also the store contact number is invalid
Wrost service Faulty product No response over call Bewkoof bante hai store serive k name p. Kabhi product nhi kharidna
