Reliance Digital

Extremely bad experience with Reliance Digital. After buying an Aquaguard water purifier, the engineer came and claimed the part was defective, but no replacement or installation was done. Despite raising a complaint and waiting over 20 days, there has been zero action, zero follow-up. This kind of negligence towards customers after taking full payment is unacceptable. Reliance Digital should be held accountable for such poor service. Totally dissatisfied!

Staff is very lazy, they don’t respond to customers some of the staff is standing and gossiping but no one is answering in correct way they don’t even know about their inventory.

This reliance digital services was very poor and all time switch off and I’m facing problems here they are showing 3hours delivery but they don’t delivery on the time until now I’m not receive my product don’t order from here हाथ जोड़कर निवेदन है दोस्तों यहाँ से कोई भी प्रोडक्ट नहीं करीदे क्योंकि यह स्टोर टाइम पर आपको कोई प्रोडक्ट नहीं डिलीवर कर पायेगे तो थोड़ा ध्यान रखो कहीं से भी खरीदो मगर रिलायंस डिजिटल से नहीं

My experience was amazing. Demonstration was also good and the staff service was good like dharmend ji guided us about the product very well . Overall experience was good
