Absolutely terrible service by Reliance Digital. It's been 20 days since I purchased an Aquaguard and the installation is still not done. The engineer came once, said the part was faulty, and left. Since then, customer support keeps giving the same excuses - "I'll talk to madam," "I'll update after speaking to sir" - but nothing actually happens on the ground. I've called and emailed multiple times, but all I get are delays and empty promises. This is pure negligence and zero accountability. Highly unprofessional. I will never recommend Reliance Digital to anyone.
