Good service and good staff in reliance digital ab road Indore
Worst service worst service given by the team purchased reconnect tv from them on 15th of Jan there were some issues in the software and hardware I asked them to change the tv and I will purchase another. Of higher amount, initially they agreed to replace but they sent their 2,3 times for software update but pendrive slot was not working, but now yesterday their technician visited and updated software which is not working correct . Front screen of the tv is blurry prime logo is showing I did not purchase the tv to face problem with this is something not expected from a brand like reliance very disappointed by the service given by staff my worst experiance will never suggest anyone to visited again.

The salesman has cheated us. We bought a Realme 16 Pro mobile phone. They promised to give us Realme T200 TWS earbuds as part of the offer, and they even showed them to us. But at the billing counter, they replaced the T200 with T200 Lite TWS earbuds. When we got home and checked, we realized we had been scammed. The product was switched. The T200 Lite is a cheaper product compared to the price of the T200. Reliance Digital is fraudulent. We don't recommend anyone shop at Reliance Digital. It's better to shop at Lotus or Croma. I bought a Vivo V60 from Croma, and they are truly honest. They deliver what they promise.
Very good staff and other things but lack of elevator and slopes for disabled peoples
