Pathetic After-Sales Service by Reliance Our experience with Reliance has been extremely disappointing. After receiving a faulty machine, we raised multiple complaints for defective product. Initially, they answered our calls, but soon after, they began switching off their phones and became completely unreachable. The complaints were closed without any resolution or even a courtesy follow-up. No one picks up the phone when you try to contact them, and the entire process has been a frustrating waste of time. The lack of accountability and customer support is truly shocking. Reliance must seriously rethink its after-sales service and start treating customers with the respect and urgency they deserve.
