I purchased a refrigerator from the Reliance store on AB Road, Indore. At the time of purchase, I was assured that it would be delivered within 7 days. However, it has now been more than 17 days, and I still haven't received it. The most disappointing part is the customer service. Instead of providing a proper update or resolving the issue, the staff simply responded by asking, **"What's the problem?"** This is not the level of service I expected after making a purchase. Overall, it has been a very frustrating experience due to the unnecessary delay and lack of responsibility. Very bad service. I would not recommend purchasing from this store if timely delivery and good customer support are important to you.

Absolutely terrible experience with Reliance Digital (AB Road branch). I purchased 2 ACs, a gas hob, and other home appliances, and this turned out to be one of my worst buying decisions. Before the sale, the staff made big promises about smooth installation and reliable after-sales service. The AC purchase was handled by Dheeraj Singh Gautam, and home appliances by Ankit Gupta. Once the payment was done, everything changed. No response to calls or messages. Installation was poorly handled and left incomplete. Even after repeated follow-ups, there has been zero accountability or proper support from the store or the staff involved. The level of unprofessionalism is shocking. It clearly feels like the only focus is to close the sale, with no concern for customer service afterward. Also, looking at the reviews here, it’s hard to trust many of the positive ones—they don’t match the actual experience at all and seem misleading. Strongly warning others — do NOT buy from this store. Save yourself the frustration and go with a retailer that actually values customers and provides proper service.

Very Good Store at Indore. Mr Dheeraj Thakur helped me to select the Fridge my parents wanted and we finalized the deal of a Big French style fridge within 2 hours. He also helped me get a good offer. I will recommend this store.
