Extremely reckless behaviour, I got a nose pin from them, i asked them if it doesn't fit me i will get it exchanged, within the span of 5 days they totally reversed what they promised, were paying me 200/- for a gold nosepin worth 1350/-, don't even know if they are charging correct, have no regards for consumers, not at all trustworthy.

We had to get a silver chain polished and wanted a pendant made for opal stone. We reached New Krishna Jewellers and they assured that they will do a fine job. We gave them the items on a Saturday and they asked us to collect it on a Wednesday, but they completed the job on Tuesday itself and gave a call requesting to collect it. They had done a clean and fine job and the charges were competitive. We met two young men and they were decent and professional with a personal touch. The collection of new jewellery pieces in silver and gold was wide and impressive and we will certainly purchase some pieces in due course of time. We are confident that they maintain high purity and quality standards and transparency during all times. Happy Shining & Glittering!

Very helpful and kind, loved how they treat every jewellery so delicately
