Me & my wife have visited many jewellers in India & abroad, but JMC Indore has been our BEST experience till date. The collection & staff are top notch. They cater to all tastes and age groups, both modern & traditional. Our first purchase was with Prabhanshu on the diamond floor in 2021 & since then we have had many more. We don’t live in Indore anymore, but visiting JMC is always on our minds :) Well done JMC, keep it up!

Fantastic experience..mr.chuauhan is very customer friendly and even staff has lot of patience as it can take hours and even days to finalize one jewellery💎 pc. During this Covid-19 times they have all precautions in place and every staff to customer was wearing masks. Accepts all payment 💳💰options without no extra charge!!

Maam Soni Udhani was amazing and helped us nicely. She showed a lot of varieties and was cordial throughout. I'm glad she assisted us.

Order was booked for jewellery one month back from today and was supposed to be delivered on time as promised by salespeople but they are failed to deliver not only this the design of the jewellery is completely changed. This is ridiculous.They definitely need improvement in their services. I think big brands like them don't respect small buyers. This is second time when I am very disappointed. No value of Time of Small buyers.

We chose the 'Kalash' scheme and are very disappointed. The jewelers do not offer festival discounts when claiming, and the design options are limited. Be cautious—don’t rely on them for your savings. It’s wiser to invest in the stock market or consider other jewelers in Indore.

I am one of the oldest customer of JMC. We have visited the store almost 6-7 times in last 15 days to buy some or the other things at JMC. They have wide variety of designs. Many of the times Ms. Soni Udhani attended us. She is very polite and learns fast about your choice and shows the product with utmost interest. All other staff is even too polite and humble. Would love visiting JMC to buy gold as well as diamond in future too.
