We have been purchasing jewellery from this Ratlam Jewellers store for the past 3–4 years. Earlier, everything was good — making charges were reasonable, staff was polite, and overall the experience was smooth. However, after the renovation, we have noticed a significant change. The making charges have become very high, at times even 15–18%, which is almost like big jewellery brands. This is disappointing compared to the earlier experience. Also, a suggestion for buyers: if you are planning to exchange old gold or silver, please make sure to get the purity checked outside as well. I have personally seen differences in the exchange rates they offer, so it’s better to be cautious for transparency.
Neither staff nor owners noone has manners or know how to talk to loyal customers , We have been shopping here since years for all marriages still they wont think a second before misbehaving. Never going back again Soon there store will be forever empty
I had a great experience at Ratlam Jewellers in indore. They had beautiful collection of gold jewellery and all items are bis hallmarks. I bought a gold ring, very good collection. Highly recommended jewellery store in indore.
