I had a bad experience with their salesman, Dheeraj, talks in a very diplomatic and convincing way while making commitments, but when it comes to the actual payment and final process, things turn out completely different. The prices and promises they make initially don’t match what they deliver later. It feels like they try to mislead customers with smooth talk but don’t stand by their word. I expected honesty and clarity but sadly this time that was missing. However, apart from Dheeraj my shopping experience with Nanabhai jwellers was good. They have a great collection.
