Have visited Punjab Jewels store MG road for the purchase of bridal jewellery. Mrs Bhumika attended us very well and attended all our queries and have met us 3 times for our follow up visits. Must visit the store for newest bridal collection and cordial behaviour.
Professional and knowledgeable staff. Happy to be dealt with good behaviour and understanding of our requirements. Thank you Pooja yadav ji and Punjab jewellers
Visited to explore options, but didn’t like the designs as they felt outdated. When I chose not to purchase and wanted to explore other options, the staff and manager became pushy and questioned my visit, which was uncomfortable. Customers should have the freedom to explore without pressure. Based on my experience, I would suggest keeping this outlet as a last option while exploring the market. Note: This is specifically for the MG Road outlet (in front of Treasure Island) and is my personal experience.
Great experience! The store has an amazing variety of jewellery for every style, and the staff are very polite, helpful, and welcoming. Especial thanks to Pooja. Highly recommended!
