Bought 2 platinum rings the invoices are not clear at all was quote different initally and then informed software issue was there so the price was not calculated. At time of final billing was asked to pay additional 451 per ring for certification charges for platinum ring

Had been a customer of Punjabi Saraf for 5 + years now.However,it was very disappointing that they charged me for fixing the jewellery bought from them ( a diamond bracelet which broke within 3 months ) and a diamond ring in which a diamond shifted on the side due to manufacturing flaw within 3-5 months of purchase.None of the pieces were subjected to any impact and were handled delicately . The salesperson was informed the very day and assured me of getting it sorted once I bring it to the store.Looks like customer retention is not a priority for businesses any more.Other than that-the designs are pretty good and salespeople are knowledgeble and courteous .Parul Dhir.
