Staff is great and gold is good quality till you need after sales service. When buying new product the staff is courteous and forcefully asks for positive reviews. I bought a gift for someone who does not live in India. After a couple of days the gold chain stated breaking up. Since we could not come back to India to return the chain we had to wait for an year. Upon return when we showed the product, the store manager told us there was no problem with manufacturing neither with gold and that there is NO GUARANTEE of product. Denied taking any responsibility for the POOR MANUFACTURING quality. The most pathetic response I have seen from a brand this big. Would never buy again here Shameful response and behavior from store manager They obliged me by repairing it. I buy from several other brands like Vaman Hari, Punjabi Saraf and divine. Never faced such an issue with quality of product
