Customer service provided by Deepak was outstanding and the wide variety of collection available at the store is amazing. The personal touch of Deepak’s communication skills into making the sales was very positive, he made us comfortable and was anticipating our needs. I recently had a frustrating experience at Bluestone, AB road indore outlet. I participated in a scheme that was clearly explained at the time of enrollment, but when I went to redeem it, the terms had changed significantly. The call centre staff was not helpful, talked rudely in resolving the issue, leaving me feeling misled and disappointed. I expected better communication and customer service. I hope they can improve this for future customers. Before doing any deal their please take everything in written.

Absolutely amazing experience. The team; Aditya and Abhishek were super helpful and patient in helping us decide the jewelry. Great collection and pure quality. But once again hats off to the most wonderful team
